Indonesia is the historic home of nutmeg, pala, and still supplies the majority of the world's crop, from the Banda Islands of Maluku to Sulawesi and beyond. MOSCÁ was created to bring this heritage to the world with the quality and traceability that modern buyers expect.

To produce high-quality, traceable and sustainably sourced Indonesian nutmeg oil through innovation in raw-material selection and efficient distillation. We peel, dry, grade and distil in-house, with GC-MS testing and a Certificate of Analysis behind every batch.

As Bali's first dedicated nutmeg oil distillery, our vision is to become a leading premium, traceable producer of Indonesian nutmeg oil, empowering the farmers we partner with and building a supply chain buyers can trust for the long term.
